~ Prelude in C ~

Despite my recent flu and subsequent bed-bound TV-watching lifestyle, my Capoeira is improving rapidly – its an amazing sport, requiring a refined sense of your surroundings and an innate knowledge of the moves available so you can link between them, and create your own on the fly.

However remembering all the different positions is really pissing difficult! So I’m going to try and catalogue all the one’s I’ve been taught, thought up or seen. Hopefully someone out there will find this useful – even if its just for learning about what Capoeira is (its not just a dance… OK?)

So yeah, I’ll try and put a new one up every day – check the Capoeira section!

I’ve decided to create a Capoeira dictionary of sorts – an encyclopedia of the moves I’ve come across, I’ll be adding to this as regularly as I can!
